About ELM

Encouraging Little Minds: WI Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Workforce Registry provides the framework for verifying professional credentials and promotes this important network of infant and early childhood mental health consultants to those who provide care to infants and young children so they can gain the skills, knowledge and capacity to provide care that fosters healthy social and emotional development. This new workforce registry was founded in 2024 and is hosted by the Wisconsin Registry and its parent agency The Registry, Inc.
